Project monitoring is a less “hands on” service when compared to Project Management, but provides our clients with an extra layer of protection with their construction projects.

When our clients have a contractor on site and outline design team in place, we can provide an independent monitoring service to ensure that our client’s interests are being met. This might be on the cost management or construction details. We also act as Monitoring Surveyors for contractors where Contracts Managers might not be able to give a project the required time.

As Project Monitors we there as a helping hand throughout the project, often brought in a number of times throughout the works to ensure that all is being carried out as intended. This is generally charged according to the time taken rather than a fixed fee which allows clients to use us as and when they see fit and protect themselves accordingly.

We are also extensively used in the Party Wall process as checking engineers, protecting our clients interests by ensuring that the original design has been correctly designed and calculated.

Our Structural Engineers are able to design isolated beams in a residential extension to full timber and steel framed buildings.
